Avner Dynamics, Inc. acquires, builds, and operates a group of wholly owned companies in technology, furniture, real estate, and logistics. We provide them with capital, governance, and permanent ownership — and we hold them rather than resell them.
Who We Are
A permanent home for good businesses
Avner Dynamics, Inc. is incorporated in Wyoming and is the parent company of its subsidiaries. Each business is wholly owned and is run by its own management team. Our role is ownership, capital allocation, and oversight — not day-to-day operation.
We are not a fund. We do not manage outside capital, we do not raise from limited partners, and we are not built around an exit timeline. There is no fund life forcing a sale and no promise to an outside investor about when capital comes back. That removes the main reason most owners end up selling a business at the wrong moment.
What we centralise is capital, financial reporting standards, and the relationships — banking, insurance, and professional — that are stronger negotiated once for the group. What we leave alone is everything close to the customer: pricing, hiring, product, and service stay with the people doing the work.

Setting financial standards, allocating capital between businesses, holding management accountable for results, and carrying the administrative and financing functions that are wasteful to duplicate inside each company.
What we leave to management
Operating decisions. The teams closest to the customer decide how the work gets done and are accountable for what those decisions produce. We do not centralise operations and we do not install our own operators.
